Indian Navy AA and SSR Recruitment Application Form, Admit Card, Result & Last Date Extended up to 5 May 2021


The application process for recruitment to various vacant posts of Artificial Apprentice (AA) and Senior Secondary Recruitment (SSR) in the Indian Navy will be started from 26 April 2021. ELIGIBILITY
For Artist Apprentice for Sailor (AA)
MHRD with Mathematics and Physics and at least one of these subjects with Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science, must be qualified in 10 + 2 examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate from the government recognized school education boards.

For Sailors for Senior Secondary Recruitment
MHRD with Mathematics and Physics and one of these Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science, must have passed 10 + 2 examination from government recognized school education boards by the government.

Age Range
For Artist Apprentice for Sailor (AA)
The age of the candidate should be between 17 and 20 years.
For Sailors for Senior Secondary Recruitment
The age of the candidate should be between 17 to 19 years.

Examination Fee

Candidates (except SC / ST candidates, who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay the fee. Which is Rs 0/ -. Payment can be made through online mode using net banking or using Visa / Master / RuPay credit / debit card / UPI. The admit card will be issued for the examination only to the candidates who have successfully paid.

SELECTION PROCESS
The selection of the recruitment will be based on the order of merit on the performance of the candidate in the computer-based examination, physical fitness test (PFT) merit and fitness in the medical examinations.

Computer based exam
  • The question paper will be computer based with a total of 100 questions, each carrying 01 marks.
  • The question paper will be bilingual (Hindi and English) and objective type (multiple-choice).
  • The question paper will consist of four sections i.e. English, Science, Mathematics and General Knowledge.
  • The standard of the question paper will be of 10 + 2 and the syllabus for the exam is available on the website http://www.joinindiannavy.gov.in.
  • The duration of the examination will be one hour.
  • Candidates are required to pass all classes and overall. The Navy reserves the right to determine the pass marks in each section and in total.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
The PFT will have a run of 7 minutes 1.6 kilometers. Candidates undergoing PFT to complete 20 squat ups (shallow sit-ups) and 10 push-ups will do so at their own risk.

Medical standard
Minimum height 157 cm. Weight and chest should be proportional. Minimum chest extension of 5 cm. Details about the minimum height standards for entry into the Indian Navy, including applicable discounts, can be accessed from the Naval Official Recruitment website.


RESULT

The results of the candidates will be released a few days after the completion of the Indian Navy AA and SSS recruitment 2021 exam. Candidates who succeed in the written examination will be called for the next process of recruitment for physical examination and medical examination. After the completion of all the steps, the candidates will be prepared a merit list based on the marks obtained by them, which will be released on the official website of Indian Navy http://www.joinindiannavy.gov.in from where the candidates can check the merit list.
